Hiiu kool

Hiiu kooli graafika võtab aluseks kohaliku looduse ja energilise koolipere. Märksõnadeks on männimets, päike ning varjude ja valguse mäng. Identiteedi põnevaim graafiline võte on männitüvede ja stiliseeritud inimfiguuride tervikuks ühendamine, mis sümboliseerib koolipere ja nende kodukoha sidet.

Sama graafikat on kasutatud ka koolimaja ilmestamisel – figuuride tegevused illustratsioonidel viitavad ruumide otstarvele.
Tulemuseks on kaasaegne ja kohalik visuaalne keel.

Hiiu School's graphics draw inspiration from the local nature and energetic school community. The keywords are pine forest, sun, and the interplay of shadows and light. The most exciting graphical device of the identity is the combination of pine trunks and stylized human figures into a cohesive whole, symbolizing the connection between the school community and their home place. The same graphics have been used to enrich the school building—the activities of the figures in the illustrations hint at the purpose of the spaces. The result is a modern and locally rooted visual language.
